This course is designed for leaders of small teams or for small business owners who are looking to inspire their people and take their leadership to the next level.
The participant will expand their self-awareness and ability to lead themselves and others. They will delve into wellness, resilience, and how to develop a good team culture. Workplace relationship building, networking, delegation, and coaching conversations are explored. Participants improve their skills in implementing strategies, setting team standards, and continuous improvement.
This course is fully customisable depending on your needs, including increasing or decreasing the time for delivery, in-person workshops, and other delivery methods.
Course Structure
Our learning is a flexible and blended solution delivered via self-paced learning, workshops (online or in-person), videos, and audio.
Participants who complete the course will be awarded a PowerUp Certificate of Completion.
Please note that the flexible delivery and design of this course means that it is non-accredited and cannot be used for credit towards a nationally recognised certificate offered by PowerUp or other Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

Good command of the English language.
Reliable access to a computer with an internet connection capable of video streaming.
