personal development for trade
Focus on the basics to become the most valuable player at your worksite.
This accredited short course is designed to develop the knowledge, practical skills, and strategies to keep kicking goals at work.
Learners are guided on how to organise their tasks, communicate effectively, and support their wellbeing and resilience.
An optional add-on unit encourages learners to work inclusively with others and interact with diverse groups of people.
