This accredited short course is designed to develop the knowledge, practical skills, and strategies to keep kicking goals at work.

Learners are guided on how to organise their tasks, communicate effectively, and support their wellbeing and resilience.

An optional add-on unit encourages learners to work inclusively with others and interact with diverse groups of people.

This course is a great way to prepare for the BSB30120 Certificate III in (Customer Engagement) or for the Customer Service for Trade short course. Once the units in the Personal Development for Trade short course have been successfully completed, the learner can apply for a credit transfer.

Prerequisites

  • Must have access to a work site suitable for passing assessments, which includes speaking to customers, leading team activities, and using business technology.

  • Must satisfactorily complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment (we will assess this as part of your enrolment).

  • Must have reliable access to a computer with internet connection capable of video streaming.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

PowerUp can recognise the knowledge and skills acquired through prior training, education and experience.

Learners can apply for RPL to be assessed on their behalf, to potentially gain credit before beginning training with us.
